What is your expected time frame from order to shipment?

Our current turnaround time is approximately 7 working days. If you make an additional order while your first order is still processing it may reset your order's turnaround time.

Please bear in mind that the days following a new collection release or a sale will have a larger volume of orders and may lengthen the expected turnaround time.

Of course, we strive to get each order out as quickly as possible but as a one-woman crew with a sensitive back it can be difficult to meet these timeframe goals at times. I am always happy to update customers on where their order is in my work queue so if you're at all concerned please contact me.

How many coats should I use?

In general, cremes and jelly glitters are formulated to look best at 2 to 3 coats, glitter toppers look best with 1 to 2 coats over a colored base, and special effects (such as glow in the dark) look best at 1 to 2 coats.

My polish has been sitting for a while and the ingredients are separating. Help!

It's completely normal for glitters and pigments to settle or even separate if left on a shelf for a period of time. Each bottle of Lucky 13 includes a giant 6mm stainless steel BB that helps mix everything together when you shake it. Take care not to shake too hard if the bottle is 50% full or less! The BB packs a punch and may damage or even break the bottle. If you need to shake hard, place the bottle in a plastic baggie before shaking just in case.

I just ordered a few days ago, my order hasn't gone out yet but now one of the items is on sale!

Those who order before a sale starts have priority over those who order during the sale (should there still be open orders when a new sale begins). Try not to fret about "missing" the sale, you'll just get your order sooner!

I made more than one order, will I be refunded any shipping costs?

Due to the volume of orders I'm unable to refund shipping costs unless the buyer contacts me. If more than one order is made I may combine the two into a single package (in which case the shipping costs may go toward a faster shipping service) or I may ship them separately, depending upon when I notice they are going to the same place.

What happens if my package is mis-delivered?

Customers are responsible for ensuring I have the proper mailing information. If the package is returned to me the customer must cover additional shipping costs to re-send it to the proper address; if the package is not returned to me but is delivered to an address other than the proper recipient the customer must cover all replacement costs which include shipping and product costs.

For International orders: please understand that once the package is in the hands of USPS I cannot be held responsible for confiscation or destruction by customs officials. I label Customs forms as safely as possible to avoid problems with Customs and every effort is made to ensure packages arrive safely at their new homes. Sadly since I cannot hand deliver each package there may be times when Customs does not allow the package to pass through (though thankfully this has not happened!). Please consider this possibility before placing your order.

Should a package be mis-delivered or returned to me by my own mistake I will cover replacement costs.
